Reasonable things to write in about:
- Something's broken — a page not loading, a countdown displaying wrong, sync drifting more than a second or two.
- A feature you wish existed — no promises on timeline, but specific requests get read and considered.
- Privacy or data questions — anything not already answered by the Privacy Policy.
- Press, partnerships, or business inquiries.
- Anything about these terms — see the Terms of Service first, then ask.
Since CountLink has no accounts and no database, most "can you fix my timer" requests can't actually be actioned on the server side — there's no server-side record of any individual countdown to look up. If a specific shared link isn't working, including the exact link (or a screenshot of the address bar) in your message is the fastest way to help diagnose it.
Response times vary since this is independently maintained, not a staffed support line — but real messages do get read and replied to.
